It’s Okay, That’s Love Episode 13 Fashion Review
Brace yourself for an episode full of feels! With Jae Yeol’s illness now out in the open, everyone struggles to save him from himself.
Dong Min and Young Jin didn’t beat around the bush. I love that about these characters. They don’t break it to you gently – because no matter how it will be phrased, it’s not going to hurt any less.
Hae Soo, who respects Dong Min and Young Jin as her sunbaes processed their news about Jae Yeol’s schizophrenia without treating it like a joke. But as a doctor, she wanted proof.
So they told her to look at the computer. There, she saw Jae Yeol’s video.
At that time, Jae Yeol called, sounding so normal and happy.

Hae Soo couldn’t help but burst into tears. Schizophrenia is an incurable disease. The person afflicted can only reduce the symptoms by constant therapy and medication.
Dong Min explained how Jae Yeol’s long-suffering guilt must have caused him to create an imaginary character – a reflection of his 16-year-old self. Hae Soo got angry at them for immediately concluding it’s schizophrenia and not a physical disease with hallucination symptoms only.
But deep inside, Hae Soo knows the diagnosis is correct. She started remembering past scenes with Jae Yeol when he’s talking to Kang Woo. She also remembered that time Jae Yeol acted like he was throwing a manuscript on the floor.
When she called Jae Yeol to confirm where he placed Kang Woo’s manuscript, he told her he put it in his office drawer. But when Hae Soo checked, it’s not there.
Hae Soo’s still in denial and she’s taking it out on Dong Min, who was insisting they hospitalize Jae Yeol asap if he’s already showing signs of self-destructing. Soo Gwang and So Nyeo overheard their conversation.
Soo Gwang has also seen Jae Yeol act like he’s talking to someone.
This shirt again. Hae Soo is probably the only Kdrama female character who wears her clothes twice. She did it before and she has done it again with this button down shirt.

Soo Gwang took it upon himself to keep an eye on Jang Jae Yeol. He invited himself to Jae Yeol’s apartment, pretending he just wants some bonding time with him. It just shows how in such a little time, Soo Gwang has formed a brother-like relationship with Jae Yeol.
Hae Soo has also been taking out his frustrations on other people.
Soo Gwang’s presence on the show alleviates some of the despair. I’m glad they’re still able to insert these light-hearted moments.
Soo Gwang even gave Jae Yeol a present – a photo of Hae Soo and Jae Yeol made into a puzzle. He originally wanted to give that to Hae Soo but decided to give it to Jae Yeol instead.
Jae Beom has been concocting plans. He’s due to be released soon and doesn’t want anybody to know.
Dong Min invited Jae Yeol’s mom over so they can break the news to her.
Because of her diassociation, Dong Min only told her parts of Jae Yeol’s case. They told her Jae Yeol’s suffering from schizophrenia because of stress from work.
On another note, Hae Soo keeps giving us fab ideas on how to wear midi skirts! A cropped sweater just like this looks even great for a corporate setting when worn with a midi skirt.
Ji Hae Soo’s top is from Comme Des Garcons. I can’t find the long-sleeved version but here’s the short-sleeved one:

Ji Hae Soo’s Skirt is from:

I’m really having fun with Hae Soo’s outfit this episode. Love the preppy vibe of this one.
And it’s about time she really cries her heart out over the issue. She’s been bottling it inside her and it’s not doing her any good.
I guess the hardest part is that she has to keep on pretending everything is still okay with Jae Yeol. She even went to his house and spent some time with him. The calm before the storm, if you will.
I looove that collar!
There was this moment when Jae Yeol was recounting scenes with Kang Woo. Hae Soo asked him how he is able to recount Kang Woo’s facial expressions when he has only been talking to him on the phone, as if he’s just watching a movie. Jae Yeol paused on that for a moment and also wondered out loud how that happened.

Her pencil skirt is from Acne and her bag is from Louis Vuitton.

Kang Woo’s suicidal tendencies have been nagging Jae Yeol for while. But now, we get the foreboding feeling that Kang Woo’s death is happening soon.
Tae Yong also shared that Jae Yeol has been acting odd since he was stabbed three years ago. He told Hae Soo that Jae Yeol has been unable to write a new book because he has been plagiarizing his own self.
Tae Yong’s testimony just confirmed that Jae Yeol’s schizophrenia is already interfering with his ability to function normally. Hae Soo finally agreed to let Jae Yeol be hospitalized.
Despite all the things happening, Hae Soo looks spot-on as always. Hae Soo’s outfit actually reminds me of Christopher Kane.

The psychologists/psychiatrists are already working on Jae Yeol’s case. Also, look who’s finally out of jail!
Hae Soo wanted to be with Jae Yeol when they come pick him up. She made an agreement with Young Jin that they will only pick him up after her go signal.
