Big Korean Drama Synopsis:
After Da Ran confessed about her feelings to a certain KKJ to her family and Yoon Jae’s family, Kyung Joon took her away. He berated her for her confession but she wouldn’t budge. She didn’t want to just forget about Kyung Joon’s existence. This endeared her even more to Kyung Joon’s eyes.
Meanwhile, Kyung Joon’s body with Yoon Jae’s soul experienced abnormal heart rate and blood pressure. This prompted his biological parents to go and check him up. They decided to stay with him. Yoon Jae’s mom is softening towards this other son. She starts showing her care for him.
Da Ran’s family was speculating that Yoon Jae and Da Ran were having an argument at home due to Da Ran’s confession about loving someone else. But it turned out they were discussing when one fell in love with the other. Da Rand had to face her parents and talk to them they she really is putting an end to her and Yoon Jae’s relationship. This news really saddened her parents.
After that, Da Ran’s parents were extra strict with her. She and Kyung Joon couldn’t find time with each other. Kyung Joon went to her house instead. They met secretly downstairs and Da Ran gave back the watch she retrieved from the river. Kyung Joon felt really happy.
Meanwhile, Jang Ma Ri planned to take Kyung Joon’s body away. This way, he won’t ever return to Da Ran’s side. But Kyung Joon told her he wouldn’t undergo surgery if she didn’t return his body. Ma Ri threw away the wedding ring Da Ran left at the restaurant. She told Da Ran that she threw it in the dumpling mixture. Da Ran had to rush to find the ring.
Coincidentally, Kyung Joon saw her while she was frantic about fiding the ring. He told her that them being together won’t be easy. It turned out that Kyung Joon had the ring in the first place. This really made Da Ran think about Yoon Jae and their time before Kyung Joon entered her life. She figured she needed a closure with Yoon Jae first.
Kyung Joon finally made it clear to Ma Ri that he doesn’t have feelings for her. Ma Ri took this rejection and went back to the states, much to the heartbreak of Gil Choong Sik who was pining for her throughout the whole drama.
While walking home, Da Ran foud the umbrella she lost the first time she met Kyung Joon. She showed it to Kyung Joon and they talked about the things the will do when Kyung Joon loses his memory. He told her to be patient with him even if he gets annoying. She has to hold onto him.
A year has passed. Da Ran is getting information about Kyung Joon and Yoon Jae’s progress from Ma Ri. While riding the bus and listening to her story on the radio, it was again raining. When she went down, there she saw Kyung Joon still in Yoon Jae’s body. He still seems to remember everything that happened.
Gil Da Ran wore this dress from Reneevon at home. It’s actually a striped top with lace collar and tulle skirt.
Get Her Dress:
The typical Da Ran office look. Her nude tote is something new. What is great about this is that you can alternate from using the top handle to the long strap. Plus, nude colors work so well with pastel colors.
I love myself a nice loose knit top – perhaps something with smaller holes than what Da Ran wore here. If it’s oversized, all the better. Pair it up with a cute lacey shorts and the cap it off with platform shoes or some nice oxfords. Gil Da Ran’s top is from Maje. I can’t find the white version but here is the aquamarine version:
Maje Top, 271,100 Won
Da Ran’s dress is so summer-perfect, don’t you think? I like the touch of mint at the bottom of the dress. Did you know you can also dip-dye your white clothes to get a gradient effect?
Dresses with cinched waists definitely accentuate the figure. Also opt for sleeves that fall mid-arms. If you want to make this look prettier, wear white detachable peter pan collar.

Thyren Two-Tone Dress, 239,000 Won
Belt a straight dress at the waist. Pair this ensemble up with either pumps or platform shoes for a sophisticated look.
Da Ran chose this two-tone nude pumps to pair up with her jade green frock. Two-tone peep toe heels are great investments because they can amp up your looks and give it an elegant touch. They are also great for skinny pants and shorts.
I dig Ma Ri’s pastel blue top from Parody Nine Classic buttoned all the way to her neck. The sleeves are just right for a darling look. Tuck it in your high waist skirt and pull it out a little bit. She again went for a crossbody bag.
Ma Ri’s headband is too cute! On the other hand, she would have looked better with a pastel blue or white thick headband to complete her retro look.
Glitter+Lace. This is Ma Ri’s game for this look. It actually worked. But since lace and glitter are already showy, tone down on the accessories. A simple watch or cluster bracelet like what Ma Ri wore would be fine.
Check out her top’s huge sleeves.
Kyung Joon looks sleek and clean again in a sweater with sleeves pulled up to the elbows and white pants.
Wearing a white dress? Add colors through your bag and shoes. Ma Ri wore mint crossbody bag and shoes in this ensemble. I also love the gold tone horse hardware on her bag. Animal accents are in. Get the same bag from Bean Pole.
Get Jang Ma Ri’s White Dress:
Nice Claup Dress, 69,000 Won
One of my favorite Ma Ri looks!! She looks so mod with this Vanessa Seward x A.P.C. collared red dress. The styling was also perfect. Her hair was pulled up in a bun and accentuated with a head wrap. Pair it up with shiny black penny loafers.
Get Jang Ma Ri’s Dress:
Graphic print top + printed tulip skirt for Ma Ri. She wore a cobalt blue coat over it. Despite the clashing of prints, it doesn’t look busy. That is because the coat toned it down a bit with its solid color and sleek details. Also, the prints have a common color.
Gil Choong Sik, on the other hand, looks like a Korean version of Harry Potter with his new glasses.
Kyung Joon doing the 10:10 symbol. Love this scene. Typical Kyung Joon look though. But instead of the usual loafers, he paired it up with menstyle oxford shoes with no socks.
